In 2020, Damian and Comfort took a chance on an idea they believed could make a real difference.
Through their experience in the audit and financial environment, they saw a recurring challenge: organizations were often not struggling because they lacked capable people or strong businesses. They struggled because when audit time arrived, their processes, documentation, controls and evidence simply weren’t audit-ready.
We saw the gap between running a business every day and being able to prove, document and demonstrate that business during an audit.
We believed there had to be a better way.
So, we decided to build one.
